The Villa is surrounded by Croatia’s best wine makers and situated between two medieval towns (Groznjan and Motovun) famed for their truffle based cuisine and cultural events. Melegran in the Hills is a hilltop villa offering breath-taking views over vineyards, olive groves and a sparkling backdrop of the Adriatic Sea. Only 20 min drive from the coastline, and 45min from The Melegran hotel in Rovinj, the villa is ideal for both getting away from it all and hosting family and friends. It allows our guests to combine the rural and coastal in one stay. The owners have stayed true to traditional Istrian architecture and used their extensive travels to create a luxurious, eclectic interior combined with a very homely feel, all designed to the highest standards.
The villa is located in the village of Biloslavi, 4km from Groznjan. The property boasts in excess of 270m2, is set over 3 floors and has an infinity heated pool
It comprises 4 luxury bedrooms with individual bathrooms, as well as a living room and dining room/kitchen with two fireplaces, wine cellar, stone BBQ and separate TV/library gallery. The master bedroom stretches over 60m2. All fixtures and fittings throughout the house are state of art.

Top Notch!
This home is top notch! The view is amazing. It is perfectly situated among many vineyards and near a host of remarkable istrian towns. We visited the sea, tasted wine, and the kids swam in the pool. We walked to groznan in mornings for our workout and coffe and donuts. The hostess was accommodating by providing recommendations to local vineyards and restaurants (which we followed much to our delight) and the home is spectacular. We were truly sad that we couldn’t stay longer.

A Fabulous Time
We had a fabulous time. The house was even nicer than the photos and the view was incredible. Lea and the housekeepers were extremely helpful and flexible and the trip could not have been better.
